Alfonso's work is held in major collections including the Jorge L. Pérez Collection (Miami), the Museum of Latin American Art (Los Angeles), the Permanent Collection of the Province of Hainaut, and the Havana Galerie Collection (Zürich). Recipient of the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant.
