Sandra Cordero Studied film in the Instituto Superior de Arte, Cuba. Three years ago she started her career as a visual artist and began developing a body of work. She works mostly in collages with spatial depth that embody the whimsical ecosystem of Planet Sandra. Her work has intricate and delicate details, sinuous shapes, hiding places and delusional characters that make up the scene of that planet that orbits her mind. She has exhibited in many shows including a recent exhibition in Hostos Community College in NY.
